Embroidery detail has been absolutely everywhere over the past few months, from jeans and tops to coats and skirts; name any item of clothing and I think you would be able to find a piece with embroidery on it. My latest embroidered obsession has been boots; and with it now being autumn, with winter fast approaching, it means that it has become the time where it is some-what acceptable to spend multiple hours lusting over boots online. I have found some of my favourites of this trend will link them with the photos below!
(Angled heals are also something I have been loving recently as well!!)

Jessica Alba is probably one of the most fashionable mums out there. Whether she is dressed up for the red carpet or just wearing a causal day-to-day outfit she always seems to look stunningly stylish and put together. Recently Jessica wore a red midi skirt paired with a blue and white striped shirt; I fell completely in love with the look and made me think more about how great her style is in general. Here are some of my favourite looks that she has worn for you to take inspiration from.
Since being back at University I think the amount of time I spend online lusting over clothes has increased by 1000000% So, to put this to good use I thought I would share with you guys what I’ve been loving and have been adding in and out of my shopping basket. ASOS has been killing it at the moment so everything featured below is from there! What have you guys been loving for this autumn?
A couple of weeks ago I worked with a team as a ‘ASOS Activator’ to spread the message at freshers fair about ASOS and their new student discount scheme. ASOS are stopping working with Unidays and you now need to be signed up to the website to receive a code enabling you to recive your student discount when you buy online. As well as that, at the moment when you sign up online you can recive a free tote bag delivered to your home! You are able to either design one yourself or pick from a choice of 10 designs from artists all over the world! The designs are super cute and are look so great considering you don’t have to pay for them – I’ll leave the link below!
Let me know in the comments if you sign up and which bag you chose!
Helloooo! I am finally back writing a blog post *excited face* since I have moved back to University I have been very busy and unfortunately let my blog take a bit of a back seat, but no more! Now that I am fully moved in, freshers has finished and I’ve started my course again I am going to be back to normal with more regular posts!!
So, to start things off I thought with what better way than with sharing some pretty photos to brighten up your Monday!
Have a wonderful day!!
Christopher Bailey has done it once again, and produced a collection that I am completely and utterly obsessed with! This seasons show was a little different to the usual, with a new ‘model’ that the brand is going with of being able to buy the runway looks the minute that the show ended. This collection has some amazing colours and patterns woven throughout, creating some of the most perfect Autumn/Winter looks.
I also love that the show consists of female and male looks, showing how the clothes work together and providing a more well rounded view for the brand and what they have to offer.
Here’s some of my favourite looks from the show!!
I think this collection is just absolutly amazing and am sitting here wishing I had the bank balance to buy everything!!
My favourite piece from the show is this skirt (below) it’s floral and printed – two of my favourite things – and it just purley beautiful!
What did you guys think about the show?
